1ozBourbon
4 Fresh mint leaves

In a chilled glass (traditionally a sliver tumbler), place syrup and mint. Muddle the mint with a mortar until it becomes a paste, then add bourbon. Fill glass with crushed ice. Decorate with a fresh sprig of mint. One to a customer will do the trick.
